Cabbage #1

Shooting downwards, at maximum aperture of f4, using
the 150mm with Ext16, allowed a controlled and very
tight DOF. My aim was to isolate the 'veins' in the cabbage.
This is a straight scan, except for removal of a few dust spots.

Viewing at ORIGINAL size recommended.

I am captivated by the DOF, and the statement the cabbage makes. Straight scans says a lot about your work. Enjoying this gallery immensely - except cabbage gives me gas.
