Not a good day in Gary Land.

So I walk into the local Sprint Store to have one of their technicians do a simple firmware update.
Soon I am informed that the upgrade somehow created a corrupt error, dumping ALL of my contact information.
Ok, yes I will take part of the blame. I should have had my address book backed up on my PC.
None the less, don’t you think that they would have had enough since to inform me that there was a possibility of losing the information?
After all from what I understand, this happens quite often.

Models, MUAs, Photographers, Graphic Artists, Business Associates, Family, Friends, Restaurants,
basically my life, yes my address content was quite extensive.

Now for the task at hand, using every possible avenue to recover all of them.
Wish me luck.

Thought you knew. Sprint is a rip-off. Dumped that crappy company years ago.

Sorry Gary. Not a problem for me as I don't have a BlackBerry nor any friends!

Oh yes... that reminds me. Time to backup my Curve. Why would they not at least back it up to the memory card???
