This was a breathtaking moon rise -- and we both made very similar images of it. (http://www.pbase.com/pnd1/image/103633076 ) You made yours a few moments earlier than I did, and you caught a duck in flight in your background. Your image is a bit more moody, given the darker sky and moon. The size of the moon seems larger in my version, yet we were both using similar focal lengths. I will always treasure this moment at Tule Lake.
