This may be sympetrum sanguineum, too. If you have the full-size picture, please search for the yellow/red stripes on the top of legs. If you find no stripes, then this is s. sanguineum.

Sympetrum vulgatum, male! Note the long black strip on the eyes border. In case of striolatum, the strip is significally shorter.
