The snow has fallen all winter. Really for the last two months there has been consistant accumulation of new snow. This weekend it has just begun to warm up enough to cause some thaw. The sun was glorious and the early morning sun shinning through the icicles in this photograph is what caught my attention. Although the weekend was realtively warm this picture taken Saturday AM was taken with the thermometer at about 10 degrees F. It warmed up quickly. However, have still had a fire buring in the wood stove all weekend. My daughter, Erin, son in law and two grandchildren just returned to Portland (OR)from a week in Hawaii. Callie's birthday is Monday, Ben is skiing in Vermont and my other step daughter, Erin, remains pregnant.
