20100306 - Blue-min' 'eck

Well, I'm impressed!!! Earlier in the week I had a pen decapitation incident in my trouser pocket :o( My green troos had big blue ink splodges on them, I was gutted!
Then I remembered that a leather care kit I bought for the car has some ink remover in it. Well, my troos aren't leather (ooer missus!) but I thought it couldn't make them any worse - as it was I was about to (reluctantly) throw them out anyway.
Well, it worked! Perfectly! No point in a piccy of the troos as there's absolutely no sign at all.
What I didn't do was to put something under where I was dabbing - the blue went through the trousers, through the other leg of the trousers and onto the buffet I had them on... it looked like I'd made an even bigger mess than when I started. But a bit more dabbing and it all looked a bit better. One spin round the washing machine and they're as green as a green thing that's gone green :o)))
Nearly all the blue ended up on the kitchen-towel in the piccy, that and a bit on my fingers that didn't seem like it was going to come off.

Yea!! A product that lives up to it's spin!! I hope the blue background isn't the buffet though :) funny how a bit of paper can look so good.

Ah yes...always have a Car Care Kit handy, you never know when it's going to come in useful :o). Bizarrely, I thought this was a nappie from the thumb, which was a bit of a shock I can tell you...up close, it merely looks like the Alps from an airplane :o)). Good shot sir!

Reminds me of those old ads for washing power which promised a 'blue white".

This commentary is like 'War and Peace',
but glad the trousers are back to normal.
