Good clear picture but the front on flash illumination has removed a lot of interest. It may have been an idea to crop the picture so that some of the fairly uninteresting background from the top of the scene could have been removed. Also, if you are going to have the face uncentred, it usually looks best if the extra space is in front of the subject's apparent direction of view.
