He really does! He flirts with Milo (and death) all the time. He whistles and puffs his wings up and tries to pull on Milo's whiskers. Funny thing is, I think Milo is enjoying all the romancing. LOL We would NEVER let Billy get so brave without us keeping a close watch on things. Milo is a good boy but, we would never trust him too far!
