Kay has given a fine analysis although it is not an obvious example of rule of thirds in my view. Good angle on the shore line. The heavy rocks down right do balance with the tree branch up left. Nice, inviting image.
The texture of the rocks add interest in the foreground as does the diagonal angle of the beach. Could I suggest straightening the horizon. It happens so easily and with the benefit of photoshop so easy to fix (the voice of experience- I've fixed a few!)
