We've spent a total of 2 months in Thailand - 6 weeks back in 2002 and 2 weeks in 2009. This trip was to visit a few places when we ran out of time (and dry season) before. Rai Lai was one of those places. It’s very touristy now and completely developed – from a vacation point of view, there are far better places in Thailand to visit now. However it is still hard to beat when it comes to limestone cliffs and making great photos....
