Zambia is a country of extremes where you can both be completely alone in one of the driest wildernesses in Africa, or flying full-tilt over one of the largest waterfall in the world. It was very difficult to choose a photograph without an animal somewhere in the frame.

I like this image because it makes me feel a little queasy - we were literally plummeting over the top!
