Located at the Buckeye AZ Airport. Gypsy Frank Lamm will be flying it to the new Gila Bend AZ Aviation Museum in March 2010. Many WWII Auxillary strips were in this area, serving as emergency landing sites for A/C from Luke Field, Davis Monthan, and Marana. Gypsy Dale Hasler trained at Luke. Some Gypsy pilots flew the Boxcar in addition to our beloved Gooney. See the below link of the A/C landing and taxiing at the Buckeye airport.
