邦波寺位於稻城縣桑堆鄉境內，海拔3943米，是稻城最古老的寺廟，建於南宋淳熙五年奔波，創建人是佛學大師噶瑪巴·都松欽巴(1110—1193年)甘孜州新龍縣人
