This small sculpture in a niche between the windows on this building appears to be that of a pope due to his papal tiara and staff in his left hand.
On the lower left is an example of directions painted on buildings at various turns in the street, to guide visitors to major landmarks in the city.
The flat facade broken by the arched Renaissance windows with blue shutters, makes a nice contrast in color and shapes.
