17. Crater Lake in January

Crater Lake National Park, OR

I went up to the Lake yesterday. It was cold and windy, but beautiful. People were cross country skiing all over the various trails. The water was not its usual vibrant blue because of the cloudiness.

Spent part of my honeymoon there. They had just reopened the lodge. Looked pretty much like this in mid-June. Snowed on us :-) Love that place!
