(Evelyn Waugh's fabulous comic novel set in the unrest of a country about to slide into civil war)
Every now and then, we need a laugh - and I laughed out loud many times as I read Waugh's biting satire on sensationalist tabloid journalism and inept foreign correspondence
As the other recent days - Clarity and Exposure tweaked slightly in ACR, into CS3 and a bit of contrast enhancing with Levels and Curves on a duplicate layer. I flattened the image then duplicate it twice, changing the second duplicate layer's Blending Mode to Screen before flattening it into the first duplicate. Created another duplicate layer, this time changing its Blend Mode to Hard Light. Changed the Opacity of the first duplicate layer to around 65%, and the second to 35%. Final flatten and a resize for the web
