This girl is 13 years of age, tossed out by her family at age 8 to beg on the streets.She was picked up by unscrupulous people fed drugs until she was dependent and then forced to beg and prostitute herself for them.This happens to a lot of children in India.In Delhi alone some 1000 go missing like this every year.
