Received the above from Ms. Anne Chappel in Australia, daughter of Mr Smithyman, a man who worked for the Government of Zanzibar for ten years, with his last position as the Personal Secretary to the late former Prime Minister of Zanzibar, Mr. Mohamed Shamte; and finally left Zanzibar with HH. Seyyid Jemshid on 12th Jan 1964. We are trying to attach names to the individuals. Please email me with anyone you can identify, also corrections to any who may have been mis-identified. Some of the students ended up at the King George VI School, for 'A' levels. Or at least I think I recall their faces, if not their names. Help...
