Guest 06-Jan-2010 17:21
Poor goose! :) I prefer seal meat, much better for the heart.

Great image, looks really well in B&W
Guest 06-Jan-2010 08:59
magic shot with the foil, works very well in B&W, I like how the knife stands out, but then appears to disappear in to the background

Tu en as mangé combien de tranches..?? :o)

Everyone should have Foie Gras as a back up snack, it´s not expensive at all and you spare butter:), looks like parfait de foie gras! Great light on it and I´m so glad you don´t starve anymore!
Mieke WA Minkjan06-Jan-2010 06:44
an excellent capture, although I wouldn't eat the "foie gras", but lucky you!

Looks very inviting, makes me hungry.
Stephanie05-Jan-2010 22:29
Yum! A new delicacy for me. I had it for the first time in the Loire Valley in October. It was wonderful.
Just had it again at Sunday brunch in the form of a "malted milk ball" with a foie gras center. Mmmm, that was delicious!
This image is terrific in B&W Barbara. :^)
Phillip Normanton05-Jan-2010 22:28
LOL - you're in no danger of starvation then :o)
J. Scott Coile05-Jan-2010 22:23
