This was March 1983
This building is no longer standing - I don't remember
when it came down - now there are Condos on this property
and a couple of relatively local (professional) athletes
have even lived here - "Here is"; just south of New Hope on
River Rd. The Delaware River Canal runs here and the
buildings were on the shore and an "island", between the
canal and the Delaware River (as are the Condos now).
