I personally do not know anybody who takes them as a pet, I manage to photograph them attracting them with food and playing with my shooter automatic.
I believe that they are fat the better thing it will be to leave them at liberty, the bank of the Ebro look like an ideal place.

hello we have saved 6 babys as their mother was accidently killed. They are old enough to feed themselves. They are the size of a small mouse at present and we have them in a hamster cage. We would be very grateful if you could advise as what we should do with them ie. set them free? we are in Mora D Ebre, Tarragona, Spain. Ps I spent hours and hours on the net trying to identfly them.
