This tomb, known as "the Garden Tomb," seems to me to be the more likely of the tombs to actually be the tomb. That is, of course, if any of the claimants is the actual tomb.
My reasoning is that since the skull of Golgatha is visible from the tomb (see the next picture, taken from outside this tomb) this is as likely a spot as any..
