You have seen shots of my good friend Tom Packard before. Last week he and I facilitated a Strategic Planning meeting for *San Diego Medical Services Enterprise* here in San Diego.

It was great to work with him again. I started my career working with Fire Departments in conjunction with Tom back in 1981!
