We needed to spend an hour or so, waiting for it to get dark before heading back so that when we reached Johnson City (about 30 minutes drive away from Fredericksburg), the darkness would make the PEC Christmas lights even more beautiful. So, we drove around Fredericksburg and came upon this city party where Loreli continued with a nap she'd started during our driving around, and Dave and Ryan took part in some fun on the playground.
