Our family makes what we call Snowflake Catchers and it is an annual game to see who can catch the best or most perfect snowflake. The temperature has to be just right and the timing normally only lasts but a few minutes before the snowflakes start coming down in clumps rather than crystals or some other atmospheric change fouls things up. The family fun is almost as great as viewing such magnificent creations as snowflakes.
