Can This Look Better

Lighting was horrible, and I was without my tripod. Anyone care to play with this and see if they can get it to look better?

Try this. Open the original in Photoshop and make a duplicate layer. Change blend mode to screen. Do the same thing again. I don't know how much cropping you can do, but I experimented with it and saw the bird colors much better.
