All I can tell you is Pool Elevator owned it until 1981 then sold it to local farmers around the area, Our family bought it in 2008 and we made it Semi and A-Train Trailer friendly, in 2009 season it was filled with 0ur crop season, we have a history book here with more info. Everything work in the Elevator, no flat bottom bins, all Hoppered even the Annex. But we add a grain cleaner on the second floor to clean our own products. Roof needs to be tins, if your not scared of height's you have a job
