So, we went up to the volcano at night. It was freezing cold and windy... and I didn't have a tripod. So this is handheld leaning against a wall. Why did we do it? During the day it wasn't possible to see any red from the magma below however, at night it was possible to see the magma glow as you can see in this. Made it all feel real!
