Hill Chat, also known as the Alpine Chat or Moorland Chat, Cercomela sordida.
It is endemic to north-east Africa, and is common in this area. It lives at high altitudes on moors and grassland, usually above 3,400m (11,100ft).
Here photographed at ca. 4,300m elevation.
