Cindi Smith27-Oct-2009 15:51
Oh yeah....this is a great find! I love it!
Sheila27-Oct-2009 10:38
We need a sign for everything.
Good thinking for the challenge, Doug.
Yvonne27-Oct-2009 10:14
Very pretty area, not a lot of vision so "listen" is imperative eh!
Mieke WA Minkjan27-Oct-2009 07:18
very important sign, stop, look listen should be everybody's life motto
cits_4_pets27-Oct-2009 04:56
Great track shot and sign. Very good!!
Nancy Good27-Oct-2009 01:59
They don't tell us to "listen" for trains around where I live. They're big, fast-moving freight trains, with ear-piercing horns - hard not to hear them!! Nice shot. :-)
laine27-Oct-2009 01:13
Expect danger if you don't !!! LOL at Phillip :)
Inga Morozoff27-Oct-2009 00:55
You'd think that folks would be bright enough to be aware of trains without being told.
Steve Mockford27-Oct-2009 00:40
Seems like good advice to me.
LynnH27-Oct-2009 00:40
And yet... hardly anyone stops, looks or listens. Wonderful addition for our hunt!
carol j. phipps27-Oct-2009 00:24
Good to obey such a sign!
Dave Perez26-Oct-2009 23:58
Nice find for the challenge. You've nailed another topic!
Mairéad26-Oct-2009 23:51
Good idea - looks like a new sign too.
Michael Shpuntov26-Oct-2009 22:00
Most unusual sign I've seen. Particularly the part about listen.... :-)
Johnny JAG26-Oct-2009 21:16
Listen to Phillip, you wouldn't want to be squished!
Linda Willets26-Oct-2009 20:39
So important
Bernard Davis26-Oct-2009 20:18
Great idea, its amazing how many people don't do that.
Kevin Chester26-Oct-2009 20:04

marita toftgard26-Oct-2009 19:57

Ah, but it's the quiet ones you have to watch - as they discovered with the trams in Manchester a few years back - they were electric, new and quiet - and squished a few of the unsuspecting :o/
I've got a 'ping' too - yay! http://www.pbase.com/phillipn/image/101460109
borisalex26-Oct-2009 17:35
Very impressive sign, could use that here too!
Ann...26-Oct-2009 17:18
However big and noisy they are trains still have a way of creeping up on you!
monica memoli26-Oct-2009 17:15
A kind of scaring. v
