Jerry observes the bright spot on the clouds made by the upward pointing lights at Harrington Beach. The three lights throw a bright beam onto the flags above and far beyond. The bulbs at the base of the flagpole look like maximum 175 watt HID bulbs, each capable of at least 7,500 lumens per bulb, but some bulbs could be as high as 24,000 lumens.
