Dr. Stacy Stenciling

Dr. Roger Stacy, President of Northern Oklahoma College, and his wife Dr. Brenda Stacy,
spent several hours today stenciling letters for the Santa Fe logo on both sides
of an old caboose. The old train car is being refurbished by a local group of volunteers
and is well on its way to having a new life here in Tonkawa, OK.
