"My inspiration for this cut came from a painting by Leonardo da Vinci "Virgin of the Rocks" look at the angel on th R.hand side of the painting wearing red, this angel also appears on the cartoon of the same theme in the National Gallery,London. The model for this shot was Maria who is Polish. Photographer Serge Kruglikoff a young French man(at the time). It was the first idea of a stack perm ever done which I created with Alison who executed my idea.Serge also photographed the Dark Lady which also has a stack perm and they were photographed on the same day."
