Durio gravolens, tabelak

The local call it the Wild Durian. It is tasteless by itself. Out of curiosity, I bought a few. The local eat it by fraying it with a thin layer of oil over a wok with a pinch of salt. I was lucky that the cooks at my camp are able to cook it and it taste good over rice.
