I'd say you are a risk-taker! ...more than I would dare to do! I agree with Larry...a 500 mm lens would have been better! I'll vote for your bravery in this one!!

They strike fast (abt 10 mph) but I wouldn't call it lightning. Awesome photo. I guess trying to pick it up was out of the question :-D

OMGosh!this is a big old ,looks like 10 button rattler you know they can uncoil and strike out their lenght lightening fast ? Your pretty brave to get this great shot or nut's "LOL" Sal
