"Don't forget the olives, Lala!"

Once a week my oldest grandbaby Lucas and I cook in the kitchen after he comes home from school. (He calls me Lala). He decided he wanted to make a pizza.
He is 5 years old and knows exactly what he likes on his pizza, so I told him we needed to make a shopping list before going to the store.
He is learning his letters and how to sound-out words so we sat down with pencil and paper and made a list.
He wrote very neatly and carefully as we spelled out the letters in each word.
