In CS3, I applied the b&w adjustment layer, darkened the sky and brightened the rocks.
Then ran my frame action, using Photoshop pattern "rocks" for fill.
Blurred the frame, then added bevel emboss and drop shadow.
Ran the lighting effects spotlight on the background layer only.
