Red lentils

Oriental lentil soup (4 persons)
Roast onions (200 g) for 3 minutes, than add 2 sliced cloves of garlic. Add tomato purée (4 tablespoons) and harissa (2 teaspoons), allow to roast for 2 minutes. Add red lentils (160g) and vegetables stock (800ml). Allow to cook for about 15 minutes, than add milk (600 ml) and mix the soup in a mixer. Seasoning with honey, cinnamon and coriander leafs.
