This is a Walthers N6b offset cupola in the Shadow Keystone scheme.
I changed the region assignment so it was for the Chesapeake Region using some Chameleon. After adding scale couplers and detection wheelsets, which were painted, I liberally weathered the cabin car. Eventually I'll add lanterns as well.
