A gal at the liquor store in Ft Nelson suggested I drive straight to Laird Hotsprings to camp. She thought it would be full the next day (Saturday) as would Muncho Lake, and no one would be at Summit Lake.

The guy who ran Muncho Lake told me they had no one the night before, and I had my pick of the campsites (at the second, better campground). This shot is just a few steps from my spot, I had a view from my picnic table, but not as much shade as other spots which did not have views right at the camping spot.
