I really liked this spot in spite of all the gravel and the road (noise dropped off at night). I shared the campsite with just two others groups. Carbou came thru that evening, and several more were on the road on the way out. I mountain biked up to a great view, as the friendly guy who collected the camp fee suggested. I was too tired to paddle the lake but wished I had. There are a couple of hikes that start from here too.
