Rain means puddles and Norah was ready to go jump in them (and load up her pail with rocks).

And this goofy face is Norah's new thing. She sees the camera or we say "smile" and she gives us a cheesy, scrunched up face. If she was any older I would swear she'd been on Myspace too much and was trying to imitate all the pouty faced avatars. ;-)
