We were on this dirt road that runs between the Rio Grande River and Terlingua, Texas when our vehicle suddenly stopped running. I raised the hood and waited for someone to come by. After a while I saw a cloud of dust and eventually saw it was a van headed our way. When they reached us and stopped, and before I could say anything, the driver said "AAA don't come out here". I asked if they had any tools . . . "pliers or screwdriver would help" but they said they had nothing. They were headed to the Rio Grande to fish and said if they ran across a Ranger they would let them know we were out here. Luckily our Tahoe started after a couple more tries and we made it to Terlingua.
