You're gonna see several food photos in my Spain galleries. Truth is, I've never thought very much about food. But when you visit Andalucía, you immediately realize that this region is all about gastronomics. It doesn't take long for you to get into this experience. We eat lunch on our balcony at least half of the days we're here. It's simple food fare. Olives, fresh bread from the Market Place, and some Iberico ham or sausage. This day, we also find some kiwis to change our lunch routine a bit. Of course you're going to keep a bottle of olive oil on hand for dipping your bread & you may also elect some of the fine local wine. Simple and easy dining . . . all while sitting on our balcony taking in the view.
