Cattail

Walked the local marsh today, not too hot. The marsh is very low as we have had very little rain. Extreme Fire Hazard notices were posted. Not much bird life and the marsh is choked with cattails.

Hope it rains soon. Lovely image. We have actually had some decent rain this summer but it has remained dry for a couple of weeks now and very hot but it is August in Texas. I think we are getting the rain you normally get.
