That's comfortable, emotional, peaceful, good. The surf is well-rendered, with just the right amount of blur. There's too much foreground for my taste, and I'd eliminate some ambiguity by placing the girl somewhere other than the middle, perhaps to the right, since she's looking to the left. I think but am not sure that she's unsharp. Also, she needs to be brighter, so perhaps a pop of fill flash would be effective. Alsoalso that right leg looks mighty unfomfortable to me. Ah!
