Carriage House
An elaborate carriage house, designed by Galveston architect Nicholas Clayton, was finished in 1891.
Magnolia Sealy asked her husband for a grand house if she gave him a son. Then, a few years later, she asked for
a grand carriage house if she brought forth another son... which she did.
