In the shadow of the Tower.

Illegal street vendors seem to be a real problem in Paris.
They pester you a lot selling Eiffel tower keyrings. Suddenly the Police arrived and all the vendors scattered everywhere..but this one was too slow..

Yeah, Jennifer M and I were in Paris....didn't see too many vendors but did buy a watercolor there from a local artist!!! Here, when you see a guy with no shirt on, they will probably end up in jail, or at least on our "Cops" shows! LOL! Great candid!
