How cool! The car looks a bit like an amphibian vehicle that goes from land to water. Hmmm. What a life to live in a boat in Paris. Great find and a beautiful, colorful photograph. V

I wasn't quite sure what I was seeing...... and now I can see it's even more confusing, and the waves and is that a helicopter landing pad on top of the car...... we need explanations Pat!!! :)) Lovely vivid colours!
