As the trail exited the boulder field we encountered a small colony of marmots among
the rocks. It became obvious that one marmot barked to attract our attention while
a closer marmot made a stealth approach to check us out, presumably to see if we
dropped any food (we didn't). This fellow tries to hide behind a too-small triangular
chunk of rock.
